2. How do you guarantee the quality?
All our work is 100% hand-made and is done by top artists. Our artists were formally
trained in the style of the old masters. They have years of experience creating
reproductions in exact detail and true to the original master.
3. What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround depends on 2 factors:
1.) The quantity of the painting
2.) The size of the painting
Normaly,if you order less than 10 PCS paintings, the paintings will be finished in 15 days,and need 7 days for shipping. So the total turnaround needs 23 days.
If you order more, we will tell you the precise time after we confirm order.
4. Can I preview my painting before receiving it?
Yes. Once the painting is ready, we will send the photo of the finished painting to you
for you to review it. Most of our customers are happy with their first preview. However,
if you feel that any modifications should be made, we receive your feedback, make the equested modifications and send it back to you for confirmation. Only then, the custom painting is sent
to you.
5. Which currencies do you accept?
We accept US dollars, Euros and British pounds.?
6. What payment does your company take?
We take T/T,Western Union and Paypal.
7. How do I place an order?

many picture, you can use the FTP on the first page of our website.

9. Can I order a specific favourite painting?
We would be pleased to receive your commissions to reproduce your favourite oil
paintings. In many cases the cost to you will not be too much higher than our
standard catalogue prices for similar works. Please note however that copyright
subsists on all original works until 70 years after the artist's death for European artists
and 50 years for artists from other Continents. This means that in the case of many
more recent paintings, copyright clearance may need to be?sought, or indeed may not
be available. However,in general, please let us know if there is that special work which
you require and we will be pleased to investigate the possibilities for you.
